Introduction to Mindfulness
group starting on Thursday 10.30-11.30am.
Hosted by Nicole Logue this
four-week program slowly introduces
the group to the basics of mindfulness
and its physical and emotional benefits.
We provide chairs, however for your comfort you are
welcome to bring a yoga mat, pillow or bolster.
