MINDFUL MEDITATION with LARA

Feeling like you are so rushed that you are just skimming over the surface of life trying to keep up?

 

Do you have a mind that is constantly whirring with a never ending to do list?

 

Feeling stressed, tired and needing some time to recharge?

 

Welcome to the club! Life is happening at an ever increasing speed.

 

If you would like to be given the tools required to be more present for yourself and for others, mindfulness is for you. Feel less stressed and learn how to respond to life with greater clarity and calm.

This Mindful Meditation series of classes lasts for 8 weeks. Each session is an hour long which includes a brief discussion about an aspect of mindfulness followed by a guided meditation. We then wrap up with some take home practical tips for bringing mindfulness into your everyday life. 

 

The sessions are carried out seated in a chair, sitting or lying on the ground. Cushions, bolsters, floor mats and blankets are provided but you can bring your own gear if you would feel more comfortable. Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move and relax in.

The course is run by Psychologist Lara Mateljan from Reflective Mind Psychology who has a passion for sharing the benefits that Mindfulness Meditation has to offer in a holistic and evidence based approach to physical and psychological health. 

Book for the term (8 weeks) for $150 - $15 per session

New or casual members are always welcome, $20 cash on the evening
